•    All players must adhere to the official TKJ Golf Tournament rules, which are based on USGA regulations unless stated otherwise.
•    Any misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.
•    Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may forfeit their place in the tournament.

4. Cancellations and Weather Policy
•    TKJ Golf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
•    In such cases, participants will be notified via email. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

•    By participating in our tournaments, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with golf and outdoor activities.

By attending our events, you grant TKJ Golf permission to use photos, videos, and recordings of you for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

We expect all participants to treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the tournament and a permanent ban.
