Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in participating in TKJ Golf Tournaments. We strive to provide exceptional tournament experiences and transparent policies for all participants and supporters. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before registering for an event or making any payment through our website.

 

All Sales Are Final

All registration fees, sponsorship contributions, donations, and merchandise purchases made through TKJ Golf are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Tournament registration fees

  • Team or individual entries

  • Sponsorship packages

  • Event merchandise and promotional items

  • Donations or contributions

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final.

 

Event Cancellations or Rescheduling​

In the event that a tournament is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, low registration, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered participants as soon as possible.

  • At the sole discretion of TKJ Golf, a credit toward a future tournament may be offered, but refunds will not be issued.

  • If a rescheduled date is announced, original registrations will remain valid.

 

Participant No-Shows​

Participants who fail to attend the tournament for any reason (including illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts) are not eligible for refunds or credits.

 

Merchandise Issues​

If you receive a defective or incorrect merchandise item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tkjgolftournaments@gmail.com, and we will do our best to provide a replacement if available. Refunds are not provided for merchandise.
